最近，立达出国的一些朋友决定暂缓去英国读书，英国的BRP卡已经到期了，学校通知了移民局，将学生的学生身份取消。英国移民局来信通知，现需要将BRP卡寄回吗？那这个时候应该怎么选择呢？小编在这里分享给大家！
Reasons for decision
You were granted permission as a Student under the Immigration Rules.
Your permission has been cancelled because you have stopped studying with XXX School.
On 21 February 2025, your sponsor notified the Home Office that they had withdrawn their sponsorship as you have stopped studying with them.
It is not considered that the circumstances in your case are such that discretion should be exercised in your favour as Oxford International School notified us that sponsorship was withdrawn because you were no longer studying with them.
I am therefore satisfied that you have ceased to study and that your permission should be cancelled pursuant to Part 9.26.1d of the Immigration Rules.
Your permission is therefore cancelled from 13 July 2025.
Next steps
You must now do one of the following before your permission ends:
1 tell us any other reasons you think you should be allowed to remain in the UK by making a new application to stay in the UK.
2 seek help and advice on returning home.
3 leave the UK.
Biometric residence permit (BRP)
If you have a BRP you must return it to the Home Office when your permission ends as it will no longer be valid. Cut the card in half and post it in a plain, windowless envelope to: BRP Returns, P.O. Box 195, Bristol, BS20 1BT. A financial penalty of up to￡1,000 can be imposed if you fail to return your invalid BRP.
有很多朋友看到自己的BRP卡已经过期了，就不再管了，其实英国政府倒是不见得一定会罚款你1000英镑，但是可能会留有一个不好的记录，我们建议还是将你手中的BRP卡寄回的。
我们建议尽量不要选择忽视， 因为 这个行为 会被记录到 英国 品行及违法数据库中。 将来找英国内政部 开无违法 记录时，就不再是NO TRACE这个 最高等级了
